Mr. Rakesh Jain, the key man in top decision making is a Commerce Post graduate with Financial Management Degree. The man behind every twist & turn of the organisation is a top administrator besides being the financial wizard. Finance being the backbone of every organisation is very competently and successfully managed and looked after by him. Besides being the strict disciplinary and administrators, he enjoys a very respectable image in heart of every employee. The man has a management skill with a difference, which none other than himself can execute very successfully. That is how he always stands out of crowd but in the hearts of all employees.

Pravesh Jain – Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr. Pravesh Jain, holding Master Degree in Commerce and Management Degree has been associated keenly with the organisations as the promoter and founder member of the GROUP since its inception. A visionary beyond PAR, he has very successfully excelled in placing the organisation in Country’s as well as Overseas TRADE MAP as a reputed organisation dedicated to the cause of customers services. With his unchallenged management acumen, the man is considered to be outstanding in Public relation and Business negotiations. Trade Innovation is his forte. His Style of working is an exemplary blending of conventional as well as modern approaches. Basically a business thinker, everyday, he comes out with a fresh proposal.

Sarthak Jain- Executive Director
Mr. Sarthak Jain has joined the Organization full-time during 2008 after completing two years of his Masters in Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA and four year of Undergraduate degree at Department of Chemical Engineering & Technology Punjab University, Chandigarh. With an inborn intelligence of business, blended with the academic knowledge of Masters Level and high entrepreneurial spirit, he is shaping out to be an asset who would be the future leader of the organization. Being young & energetic, he has been injecting a lot of dynamic and innovative ideas to the growth of the organization and is now spearheading the Marketing team of company. He has pooled together a highly talented and result oriented marketing team which is bringing about a revolutionary change and high growth to the company. With his ability of decision making, quality of employee friendly administration and people management skills he is proving to be an inspiration to the whole Paras team. He is perceived to be a worthy business leader who would take the organization to the pinnacle of fame in the trade arena.
